Article Processing Charges (APC)
Submission Fee
IJAER does not charge any submission fee for manuscripts. Authors can submit their articles without any cost or financial commitment at the initial stage.
Publication Fee
Article Processing fee : USD $70 per Article
Instead of charging users to access content online, IJAER follows the “Author-Pay” model, where publication costs are covered by authors, their institutions, or funding bodies. The Article Processing Charges (APC) are applicable only after the manuscript has been accepted following a thorough peer review process.
The publication fee supports the entire process, including:
- Editorial and language editing
- Publishing and typesetting
- Online hosting, maintenance, and archiving
- Ensuring immediate and unrestricted access to the full-text version of the article
The Article Processing fee is as follows:

This pricing ensures transparency and no hidden charges—there are no additional fees for extra pages, figures, or illustrations.
The mode of payment will be communicated by the Editorial Office after the article is accepted for publication.
Withdrawal Policy
Authors may withdraw their manuscript at any time before the peer review process is completed. Once the article is processed for publication, withdrawal is not permitted. There is no charge for withdrawing an article before the review process.
Refund Policy
Once an article has been accepted and published, Article Processing Charges are non-refundable.
